Bahía de Banderas

Bahía de Banderas is the wide, curving bay on Mexico's Pacific coast in Nayarit, where the Sierra Madre meets warm water and long stretches of sand. It is a place of steady sunshine, green hills behind the shoreline, and a mix of quiet fishing towns and livelier resort areas. People come for the beach, the water, and the easy rhythm of days spent outdoors. A stay here usually means a villa, with space to spread out and settle in. Mornings are for coffee outside and a walk along the sand; afternoons for swimming, or simply watching the light change over the bay. Evenings are warm and unhurried. It suits families, groups of friends, and anyone who wants a coastal base that feels relaxed rather than rushed.
