Book this exclusive property now to wake up to the best view in Nice! QEU is a seaview holiday apartment in Nice that takes it’s name from its prestigious Quai des Etats-Unis address. The apartment is located on the beach front and is only steps away from the Old Town. The location doesn’t get any better! This stunning flat really does have the best view in Nice and it has been recently renovated and refurnished with taste to offer you a luxurious holiday and a real home away from home. QEU is on the fourth floor of a beautiful building with marble floors and a vintage wooden lift right on the Promenade des Anglais. You can cross the street to swim in the Mediterranean or turn the corner to stroll through the Cours Saleya and visit the daily farmers market. This is the perfect spot to stay for a special occasion or simply when you deserve a break! The apartment has a lovely spacious living area that opens onto the bedroom. This part of the flat is nearly completely open and this is what gives it its special ambiance. The living room features a comfortable sofa and armchair, a table with four chairs and a LCD TV with lots of international channels. Two floor to ceiling doors give easy access to the balcony and both the living room and the bedroom overlook the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea. The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm) and a large window opens to let the sunlight and sea breeze into the apartment. There is plenty of storage in the wardrobes next to the bed. The bathroom is brand new, spacious and has a big shower. The kitchen is modern and fully-fitted with electric hobs, an oven, dishwasher and washing machine. You can choose to have breakfast at the bar in the kitchen looking out at the Castle Hill and the Cours Saleya or you can sit out on the terrace – what a choice! Even if you walk down and grab a fresh croissant from the bakery around the corner you’ll be back in five minutes! We believe our QEU apartment is the best seaview holiday apartment in Nice. The view is incredible but even more special is the feeling you get when you are there. This is a warm and welcoming space and one we know you will enjoy.
