Despre Berlin

Berlin is a sprawling, green city of neighbourhoods, each with its own character, from the grand avenues of the centre to quieter streets where locals shop at markets and sit in courtyards. It is known for its history, its art and music scene, its lakes and forests within the city limits, and a food culture that ranges from currywurst stands to small, serious kitchens. Staying in an apartment suits people who want to settle into a district rather than a hotel corridor: to buy bread and coffee nearby, cook when they feel like it, and take the U-Bahn or a bike out to see the rest. Days here can be long and unhurried, with plenty of parks, water and late-opening places to fill them.
