Mexico

Mexico is a country of enormous variety, from Caribbean beaches and Pacific surf towns to colonial cities in the highlands and desert landscapes in the north. Its coastlines, warm climate and long history of food, music and craft make it a place people return to, and each region has its own character and pace. Travellers who like to settle into one spot and explore slowly tend to get the most out of it. We list a small number of villas in Mexico, giving you space of your own rather than a hotel room. Days often follow a simple rhythm: mornings out, afternoons by the water or in the shade, long dinners at home. It suits families, groups of friends and anyone who prefers a private base to a busy resort.
