“It has the best of everything!” That is how we describe Alexandre apartment to our friends and they always agree this 2 bed holiday letting in Nice Old Town is pretty special! Whatever you are looking for from your time in Nice, we believe this apartment will suit you down to the ground. Alexandre apartment is just steps away from Place Massena, Nice’s main square and the two public parks that surround it – the Jardin Albert Premier and the Coulée Verte with its incredible fountain displays. It is also just minutes from the Promenade des Anglais, the beach and the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean. Lastly, the apartment is right on the edge of the Old Town and its famous flower market on Cour Saleya – we told you it has everything! Alexandre is on the second floor (with lift) of a classic Nicoise building just metres from the famous statue of Apollo on Place Massena. When you step out the lift you will pass into a private section of the building and follow a short corridor to find your apartment. Extremely high ceilings have made an imaginative duplex redevelopment possible and the result is this stylish 2 bed holiday letting in Nice Old Town. The fully-fitted kitchen is open onto the living area and the balcony runs all the way around the corner of the building. This means the balcony gets sun in the morning and the evening – an equally perfect place for a breakfast croissant or a glass of rosé in the evening! The flat is also fitted with air conditioning to make it pleasant even during the hot summer nights. The flat has two double beds, one in the main bedroom and one on a mezzanine level. Both beds are 140cm x 200cm. Please note, if you are tall then we recommend you take the main bedroom – there might not be quite enough space for you to stand upstairs! The bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as a washing machine (just imagine going home with clean clothes!).
