Villa · an entire place

10 guests · 3 bedrooms · 3 beds · 3 bathrooms

A luxury holiday villa located very close to the beach. Fitted with, amongst others, central heating, air conditioning, double glazing, WIFI, satellite tv, large private pool and built-in jacuzzi. The villa boasts impressive sea views and is located almost at the end of a cul de sac. A little further down the street (approx. 90 meters) you will find the Mediterranean. The well laid out (and safe) walking path will lead you to the beach and a wonderful restaurant where you can have fun and relax. The plot is on a slight slope and the differences are negotiated by means of some stairs. The surrounding garden and adjacent areas are full with beautiful Mediterranean plants. The pool and the built-in jacuzzi blend in with the large sun-soaked terrace. On the covered terrace you can enjoy shady breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The living-room provides very comfortable furniture and good sea views as well. You will have three double bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms at your disposal. Two bedrooms are in the main house, while one can be found in the separate annex (for that extra touch of privacy) from which you walk directly onto the terrace and pool area. An Apple iMac and printer are available should you want to browse the internet, get some work done (¿?) or print boarding passes. The whole ensemble simply oozes exclusivity, luxury and comfort, which makes this villa a truly perfect holiday home. As mentioned above, at a 3 minute walk you will find restaurant La Pailotte. Try enjoying lunch or dinner in this venue with its gorgeous views on the Mediterranean Sea. In summer the chiringuito (beach bar with live-music) is also open for the less formal snack and drink. The Villa is strategically located between the towns of Moraira and Calp. The town centre of Moraira (and its beaches) is only a handful of minutes drive away. The coastal road, by the way, is littered with bars, cafe’s and restaurants, so perhaps you don’t even have to go into Moraira at all. Situated a little more towards the south, Calp can be reached within 10 minutes, Altea in 20 minutes, and within half an hour (we won’t tell anyone you went there ?? Spain’s very own ‘Las Vegas’: Benidorm. So there you have it, your own luxurious retreat of peace and quiet at a stone’s throw from the hustle and bustle of some famous coastal resorts.
