With a prime location, private spa and personalized service, the Chalet is the ultimate Chamonix retreat. Set beside a creek just outside the town, this incredible property boasts breathtaking views of the Aiguille du Midi—and a location only a short drive from the Mont Blanc ski resort. Its charming interiors and five bedrooms can welcome up to ten on a ski getaway with friends or a luxury holiday with family. Your stay at the Chalet begins with an airport transfer and includes the services of a chef, driver, hostess and villa manager. Enjoy champagne, canapés and fresh flowers on arrival, daily breakfast and four-course dinners on six nights of the week. Challenge yourself on the slopes, then soothe tired muscles in a spa area with a jetted tub, hammam and sauna or relax in the home theater. If you’re visiting during the summer, take in the views of the French Alps from an expansive outdoor living area with a pool, hot tub and barbecue. With its pitched roof and wood and stone walls, this vacation rental wholeheartedly embraces classic Alpine style. Spend evenings cozied up on chocolate leather sofas around the wood-burning fireplace in the sitting area, or satisfying après-ski appetites at the adjacent dining table. Though chef service is included in your stay, the modern kitchen is fully equipped. The chalet has one bedroom with a queen bed and four with two twin beds each; all five have en-suite bathrooms, and the twin beds can be combined into queen beds if desired. Several of the bedrooms have their own lounge areas, terraces or mountain views—not to mention a warm, welcoming ambience. Despite its serene wooded setting, the Chalet is only a short drive from the base of the Mont Blanc ski resort, home to some of Europe’s best pistes (and off-piste areas) and, for summer visitors, the beautiful Chamonix Golf Club. For tempting window shopping, a honeymoon-worthy gourmet dinner or a stroll down pretty pedestrian streets, make the short trip into downtown Chamonix.
