Villa · an entire place

10 guests · 4 bedrooms · 4 beds · 4 bathrooms

The majesticly renovated farmhouse belongs to the best of the rental properties in Benissa. This recently renovated, totally restyled finca (very elegantly done by the owner herself) resides at a pristine location. It leaves little to be desired. A private pool, a large plot with fruit- and Mediterranean trees, a private petanque court, shady spots for relaxing… this property offers you the ultimate holiday feeling. The driveway leads you to an oasis of tranquility. This at only 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the Mediterranean resorts. You’ll find the villa, pool and garden are on one and the same level, with only one bedroom on the second floor. Inside the villa you’ll find an semi open kitchen with adjacent dining and living area with an effective woodburner. A separate toilet for guests, and 2 of the total of 4 bedrooms are situated inside the main living space of the finca. Next to the kitchen is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. A large american-style fridge-freezer will take care of the ice cubes and cool beveridges. The shadowy, covered terrace (called a naya) offers ample space to lounge and enjoy a meal. This is where – in our opinion – you’ll spend most of the time. As a guest the spacious outside garden with a separate pool area and covered terrace, is completely at your disposal. Of course the bbq (on gas) can provide for many grilled meals. At the end of yet another sunny day you can relax inside and enjoy the satellite television, or listen to your favorite music. On the main level you will find 3 of the 4 double bedrooms. 2 of them are located in the living space of finca itself. The first double bedroom has an en-suite shower and a sink. The master double bedroom has a walk in closet, and a large bathroom with bath and separate shower and double sink. Via the naya you can enter the third double bedroom with a nice double bed, and en suite- shower room (handy for those who come home late/early and do not want to disturb the others). On the first floor, accessible via an outside staircase, you’ll find bedroom nr. 4. Again a double bedroom with a shower room, toilet and sink. All bedrooms are equipped with central heating and air conditioning. Property Features Sea and mountain view South facing terrace & garden Private pool (8 x 4 m.)
