Villa · an entire place

12 guests · 5 bedrooms · 5 beds · 9 bathrooms

Elegant and contemporary seaside retreat for the modern age. This spacious vacation rental boasts nearly 650 square meters of living space filled with stylish furnishings and luxury amenities, as well as five suite-style bedrooms. Tucked into a private garden outside the bustle of the town center, the property is nevertheless close to the classic beach resort of Forte dei Marmi. Your holiday at the Villa begins with a welcome bouquet, and continues with daily housekeeping, and linen and towel changes. Designed for privacy and comfort, the house opens to a secluded (and gated) courtyard with shaded lounging and dining areas, a barbecue and sound system, and a pool. On cooler days, enjoy indoor features from a home theatre and Wi-Fi to an exercise room and a hammam area with a heated plunge pool and a Jacuzzi. Inside the villa, three levels of living space are connected by a distinctive helical staircase. The house was finished in 2012 and is laid out around a signature combination entrance and living area with a mezzanine balcony, beautiful arched windows, graceful chandeliers and tufted seating. The sleek fully equipped kitchen offers both a formal dining table and a casual breakfast bar, and opens into a smaller, more intimate sitting area. The five bedrooms at the Villa can accommodate up to 12 friends or family members; all have en-suite bathrooms. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, including one with its own balcony, two with double beds and one with a twin bed. Though the villa feels like a hidden gem, it’s only a 5-minute walk from the popular Forte dei Marmi beach—long a favorite with locals, honeymooners and the jet set alike—and the center of the town, where you’ll find plenty of shopping and dining options. The property’s location in the Massa area of Tuscany also puts you within day-trip distance of historic towns like Lucca and the iconic Pisa.
