With its large swimming pool, spacious patios, a pretty and secluded garden and tasteful interiors, the Villa — located just a short walk from the beach — is the ideal villa for a holiday in the seaside resort of Mondello The villa has two floors, connected by a open wooden staircase. Huge windows guarantee lots of light, and give lovely views over the patios, pool and garden. On the ground floor there is a large living and dining room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, an office and three bedrooms, including the master bedroom which has a large ensuite bathroom with two washbasins, bath and shower. On the upper floor there is another ensuite double bedroom, with its own private terrace and a small living room with fireplace. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and beautifully organised with a conversation zone at the front of the house, and another spacious patio set with divans, chairs and tables, overlooking the pool at the back. A little gazebo next to the kitchen is ideal for breakfast. Although the Villa is close to the beach, the surrounding neighbourhood is quiet — even in high season, when Mondello is at its busiest!
