We really believe the pictures of this property speak for themselves. Right on the seafront, this holiday apartment with terrace in Nice is spacious and decorated with taste but it is the view that really makes it unique. The large terrace overlooks both the sea and the Old Town, nowhere else in Nice has a view like it. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better either! Opera is on the prestigious Quai des Etats-Unis and the front door opens right onto the Mediterranean. Just around the corner you have the bakeries, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and farmers market of the Old Town. Nice’s main square, the Place Massena and the city centre are only five minutes walk away. Opera is on the sixth and top floor of a great building with a lovely vintage wooden lift. The apartment has it’s own entrance hall with lots of storage. You access the main floor via a wooden staircase. These stairs are a real feature of the apartment but unfortunately are not really suitable for young children. The main floor consists of a large living area with wooden beams across the ceiling. There are two big windows that you can open completely and they really allow the sunlight, sea breeze and bright colours of the French Riviera into the apartment. The kitchen has it’s own corner in the living area, there is large fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishwasher and microwave. You can choose to sit on the stools at the breakfast bar or enjoy the magnificent view over the Castle Hill and the sea from the dining area. The living area has a couch and comfortable armchair for you to relax in. There is also a TV and an AC unit that easily cools the whole apartment in the summer. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed (160cm x 200cm) and another large window which looks North over the Opera House and city centre of Nice. The clean and modern bathroom has a shower and also a washing machine should you need it. Then there is the terrace. You won’t believe the colours – the yellow and orange buildings, the green of the palm trees and of course the Cote d’Azur’s signature blue sea and sky. You can sit outside with a glass of rosé at any time of day or even enjoy a private dinner under the stars. We love everything about Opera, a truly unique holiday apartment with terrace in Nice that really offers something special for a couple looking to escape from the world. This flat is incredibly popular so get your stay booked in now, it won’t be available for long!
